The ice cream cake is one of the most marvelous creations. No matter if we are 6 (which is when I had my first ice cream cake) or 96, I think we should all appreciate the brilliance of it. It's like killing two birds with one stone! I will forever be grateful for whoever came up with this idea, because it brings me such joy!Even though this is a shout out to ice cream cakes, I posted a photo of a wedding cake because IF I ever get married, my wedding cake WILL be made out of ice cream - and it will be tiered!
